  16. When you double-click on the TimeTracker icon, it can open a new document (same as selecting New from the File menu), or display the file open window (same as selecting Open from the File menu), or neither.

  18. However, if you double-click on a TimeTracker document icon (instead of the program icon), only the file that you double-click on opens regardless of what is set here.
